Celebrating Earth Day, April 24th

Using techniques over 2,000 years old, Gibby will show raw fibers - bamboo, banana, iris, grass, cattail, kozo; then cooked, processed and formed into paper.

This demo is part of a series of demonstrations and workshops celebrating Gibby’s role as the 2021 Floyd Center for the Arts’ Distinguished Artist of the Year.
